“The Rhondda Hub for veterans can confirm that these are the figures regarding our work since 23/01/2023:

The number of service users we have secured accommodation for is 2 veterans. One veteran was housed in a house share in Boot Lane, Blaenavon, NP4 9HA. The other veteran was housed on Kent Road, South Sea, Portsmouth, P05 3EW.

We have also supported numerous other veterans with issues since 23rd January 2023. These did not include housing directly, but support through other methods of help. Please find tables below that summarise our interactions with veterans. “

“Note: We also engaged with an energy company on a regular basis and were successful with clearing a huge sum of a veteran’s debt with them. We were further able to improve the veteran’s living conditions through our interactions with their housing agency. We also engaged regularly with a veterans’ landlord to help obtain more information about a veteran’s location and current housing situation.”
